Meet the teachers



Olivia Hill – Director

Olivia is passionate about the arts and youth education and believes strongly in developing each students confidence, work ethic and belief in their own abilities. She has been working in the Arts for 25 years winning her first Best Director Award when she was 15.

A popular eisteddfod adjudicator in both dance and drama she also works for the Royal Academy of Dance as a Tutor and Practical Teaching Supervisor training new young teachers.

Qualifications include BA Drama QUT,
Licentiate Teacher Trinity College London, Associate Teacher Trinity College London, RAD Registered Teacher CSTD Jazz Certificate, CSTD Jazz Award (Honours Plus), RAD Grade Eight Award, CSTD  Diploma Tap, CSTD Diploma Theatrical, CSTD Intermediate Ballet



 Tess Hill – Teacher/Choreographer.

Tess is a passionate teacher and choreographer skilled in bringing out the very best in aspiring young performers. Attending her first eisteddfod when she was only 3 days old Tess lives and breathes theatre and travels to Broadway each year to keep up to date with the very latest in the Theatre industry.

Tess is a very popular Dance Eisteddfod Adjudicator and has won numerous awards for her choreography and directing. Highlights include topping Australia for her Trinity College musical theatre productions on two occasions with marks of 98% and 100% and best choreography award at Showcase.

Her qualifications include CSTD Theatrical Certificate, CSTD Tap Certificate, CSTD Jazz Eight (Honours), RAD Grade Eight Award (90%), Intermediate RAD (Distinction), TCL Grade 8 Speech & Drama (Distinction)



Abby Crowther – Teacher.

Abby has trained with Kidz-N-Co since she was two years old and returns to us in 2017 after 4 months in New york studying at Broadway Dance Centre on a Scholarship.

An outstanding Triple Threat performer herself Abby is thrilled to share her knowledge and experience with students of all ages.  She is especially keen to work with younger students and creates a delightful welcoming atmosphere for our tiniest students.

Qualifications include RAD Intermediate, ATCL Trinity College of London Musical Theatre (Distinction), CSTD Tap Dance Teacher’s Certificate, CSTD Jazz Dance Teacher’s Certificate and Jazz 8 CSTD Modern Jazz (Honours Plus)




Melinda McInturff – Office Manager

Melinda is our wonderful office manager who takes care of invoices, uniforms and enrolments.

She is in the studio office Monday afternoons and Saturday mornings if you would like to drop in and see her. She can also be contacted by phone on those days (07) 31030139. If you call at another time you can leave a message she will return when she is next in the office.

Hannah Crowther – Teacher

Hannah recently made her professional theatre debut in OKLAHOMA! for Harvest Rain Theatre Company. She has recently performed in SPRING AWAKENING (Ilse, Movement Director, Dance captain) for Javeenba Theatre Company and choreographed the original musical BILLY BUCKETT(Beenleigh Theatre Company). She also regularly performs with THE FABULOUS SOUNDS OF THE SIXTIES SHOW (DJR Productions) as a Love Bug, and as a dancer in ROMEO THE RADIO DOG(96.5 Radio Station).

Hannah holds qualifications from RAD, CSTD and Trinity examination boards: Intermediate Ballet (Royal Academy of Dancing), Grade 1 Theatrical (CSTD) and a Distinction in Diploma of Music Theatre Performance (Trinity College of London).
