Olivia Hill – Director
Olivia is passionate about the arts and youth education and believes strongly in developing each students confidence, work ethic and belief in their own abilities. She has been working in the Arts for 25 years winning her first Best Director Award when she was 15.
A popular eisteddfod adjudicator in both dance and drama she also works for the Royal Academy of Dance as a Tutor and Practical Teaching Supervisor training new young teachers.

Tess Hill – Teacher/Choreographer.
Tess is a passionate teacher and choreographer skilled in bringing out the very best in aspiring young performers. Attending her first eisteddfod when she was only 3 days old Tess lives and breathes theatre and travels to Broadway each year to keep up to date with the very latest in the Theatre industry.
Tess is a very popular Dance Eisteddfod Adjudicator and has won numerous awards for her choreography and directing. Highlights include topping Australia for her Trinity College musical theatre productions on two occasions with marks of 98% and 100% and best choreography award at Showcase.
Her qualifications include CSTD Theatrical Certificate, CSTD Tap Certificate, CSTD Jazz Eight (Honours), RAD Grade Eight Award (90%), Intermediate RAD (Distinction), TCL Grade 8 Speech & Drama (Distinction)
Melinda McInturff – Office Manager
Melinda is our wonderful office manager who takes care of invoices, uniforms and enrolments.
She is in the studio office Monday afternoons 4-6, Wednesday afternoons 4-5.30 and Saturday mornings if you would like to drop in and see her. She can also be contacted by phone on those days (07) 31030139. If you call at another time you can leave a message she will return when she is next in the office.
Grace Rigby – Singing
While a relatively new teacher, Grace strives to teach in a way that is fun and disciplined and imparts proper singing technique for long-lasting voices. She tries to bring out the best in each and every one of her students as she knows they are all capable of wonderful things! Grace is thrilled to be teaching singing at Kidz-N-Co Talent and looks forward to getting to know each of her students well.
Grace has trained in singing for 13 years and holds a Bachelor of Musical Theatre from the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University. Grace’s professional experience in the musical theatre industry began last year and involved touring Australia, South-East Asia and New Zealand. She is also currently completing a Bachelor of Education and is very passionate about teaching young people.
Tracey Tiernan – Classical ballet
Our amazing classical ballet teacher, Tracey has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 40 years and has so much knowledge, experience and passion to share with our students. Tracey danced professionally with the Australian Dancers Company (now the Duprada Dance Company) and was also accepted into the Royal Ballet Company in London. In her exciting career she has worked with Vanessa Amorosi, Izzy Dye, Jane Scali and choreographer Glenda Yee
Trained in the Royal Academy of Dance, Cecchetti and Vagonava methods Tracey has taught for many studios throughout NSW and QLD with uniformly great exam results. Her qualifications include both intermediate and advanced Cecchetti with Honours. Multi talented Tracey has also appeared in films and on television and with five beautiful children of her own there isn’t much she doesn’t know about kids and teenagers
Maddy Nugent – Teacher
Maddy started with Kidz-N-Co when she was a very shy little 6 years old. After 13 years with the studio she is now a wonderful performer on stage as well as an inspiring teacher. With a passion for musical theatre, Maddy delights in working with young performers, helping them grow in ability. Having started as a shy young performer herself she is especially good at developing confidence and encouraging young performers to be the best they can be.
Qualifications include ATCL Trinity College of London Musical Theatre diploma, Jazz 8 CTSD modern jazz, RAD intermediate classical ballet, CTSD Gold Star tap. She has been coached in singing since she was 6 years old, successfully competing in eisteddfods and performing in numerous concerts and pantomimes.
When Maddy is away from the studio, she is studying for a dual degree in business, tourism and event management at the University of Queensland.
Amy is fantastic at creating a welcoming environment for students in her classes. She brings out the best in all her students with her friendly, inclusive approach. She is honoured to be able to share her knowledge and love of dancing, singing and acting with her students.
She has trained at Kidz-N-Co for 10 years in all facets of dance, singing and acting. She as also spent two additional years training with Raw Dance company. Qualifications include Certificate 3 in dance, CSTD Jazz 8 (Honours), CSTD Advanced gold star (Honours), RAD ballet Intermediate, TCL Acting Skills grade 8. This year she will also add a Certificate in Jazz Teaching with the CSTD as well as an Associate Diploma in Performance Arts with the prestigious Trinity College London.
Jess Parcell – Assistant Teacher
Jessica is a passionate performer and teacher who enjoys all areas of dance, singing and drama. She has loved the opportunity to pass on her passion to younger students and has been assisting with classes since 2016.
She has trained with Kidz-N-Co Talent since 2008 as well as taking private singing lessons since the age of three. Jessica has completed examinations in AMEB Singing as well as her Grade 7 Trinity College London Musical Theatre exam (Distinction) and aims to complete the highest grade – Grade 8– during 2018.
Jess is thrilled to be able to share her passion with your child this year.
