Acrobatics classes for kids. Great for strength, flexibility, balance, agility and motor coordination acrobatics is a firm favourite with students. Beginners are most welcome.

Basic acrobatics for kids classes include different types of acrobatics:

  • warmup, stretch and strength exercises.

  • individual acrobatic and gymnastic tumbling tricks on the floor such as handstands, rolls, cartwheels, walkovers and flips.

  • partner and group balances and lifts.

  • acro dance moves.
